In particular the research will be based on the development of a social card, as a survey tool provided by social professionals in Emergency Department (ED), which should highlight the prevalence of social issues on health in reference to the following aspects that characterize the person's access to the ED: differentiation based on age, sex, social and family situation, number and type of accesses and conclusive outcomes.

Particular interest will be paid to the identification of the suspected or established maltreatment and abuse of minors and women.
