From September 26th to September 30th 2022, the International Summer School on Technology Transfer in Life Sciences (ISTL) will take place in Dresden for the 8th time. Applications can be submitted as of now until May 15th 2022.

As an annual event organized by the Faculty of Medicine of TU Dresden, the ISTL has had great success helping researchers in life sciences to patent their ideas and bring them to the market. The event will be guided by experts from the fields of technology evaluation, patenting, licensing, and spin-off development. Participants will gain insight into the theoretical background just as they will get the chance to practice pitching a project with real investors.
